The operator of the website Slovenská akademická asociácia pre personálny manažment, registered office at Ulica Vladimíra Clementisa 7547/13A, 91701 Trnava, Slovakia, processes personal data provided for the purpose of registration to the conference, settlement payments, responses to messages sent from the contact form, creating the conference program, and publishing the proceedings for the period required by special legal regulations.

Basic provisions
1. The Administrator of Personal Data according to paragraph 5 letter o) Act no. 18/2018 On the protection of personal data as amended (from now on referred to as the “Act”) is Slovenská akademická asociácia pre personálny manažment, with registered office at Ulica Vladimíra Clementisa 7547/13A, 91701 Trnava, Slovakia (from now on referred to as the “Administrator”);

3. Personal data means all information identifying a natural or legal person.

Sources of processed personal data
1. The Administrator processes personal data given to it by the consent that provided the report, based on the fulfilment of the registration form or sending a message via the contact form on the website www.pemf-conference.com.;

2. The Administrator processes only the identification and contact data necessary for the fulfilment of the registration to the conference or responses to the message sent via the contact form;

3. The Administrator processes personal data for payment settlements and communication work duties that require time according to special legal regulations. Personal data will not be published or transferred to other countries.

The purpose of personal data processing
The Administrator processes the participant data for the following reasons:

1. to process the registration and answer the message sent via the contact form,

Period of storage of personal data
1. Management of personal data for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship for a period of 2 years from the termination of the contractual relationship;

2. After replacing the personal data storage period, the Administrator must delete the data.

Participants rights
According to the conditions laid down in the Act, he/she has the right to:

1. To access personal data;

2. To correct personal data;

3. To delete personal data;

4. Object to the processing;

5. For data portability;

6. Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in writing or electronically at the e-mail address: info@pemf-conference.com;

7. File a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection in the event of a violation of his right to personal data protection.

Security of personal data
1. The report declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures necessary to secure the participant’s personal data;

2. The Administration has adopted technical measures to secure data stores of personal data, primarily ensuring access to computer passwords, an anti-virus program and regular maintenance of computers.

Final Provisions
1. By sending a registration form or contact form on the website www.pemf-conference.com.sk, the participant confirms that the terms of personal data protection bind him and that he accepts them in their entirety;

2. these rules can be used to complete the check box in the order or the contact form;

3. The Administrator is authorized to change these Rules. He is obliged to publish the new version of the Rules on his website.

These rules come into force on 18.3.2024.
